To ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused toothbrushes in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or defective). Once our team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed.
