We offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from your date of purchase, and we will happily repair or replace any items with verified factory defects. 

To help us serve you better, please keep in mind that this warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Customer misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized disassembly or modifications
• The use of non-approved third-party attachments
• Incorrect assembly, including damages from brush heads detaching due to improper installation

💡 Quick Safety Check:
Before each use, please ensure the replacement brush head is securely assembled into the brush head slot. Always check it by gently pulling it with your fingers to confirm it is tightly locked in place.
